Welcome to the Department of State ordering system for the advising reference collection. Educational advising centers will receive an e-mail announcement with ordering instructions. Once you have instructions, you can log in to the system. Your program officer will confirm the log-in by e-mail, and you may place your order. Centers without Internet access send reference orders directly to program officers.

ECA/A/S/A annually sends selected reference materials (print and electronic) related to U.S. higher education and study opportunities to advising centers in the network. Certain centers receive an allocation to select additional materials through ECA/A/S/A. Advisers wishing to check on the delivery status of items previously ordered may consult the delivery schedule for FY 2000 and FY 2001.
