STATEMENT BY THE PRESS SECRETARY

Special Presidential Envoy James A. Baker III will travel to Japan, South Korea and China on December 27-30 to discuss reduction of Iraq's official debt. Special Presidential Envoy Baker will meet with the leaders of Japan and then South Korea on December 29 and China on December 30.
