China -- Reaction to Visit of Tang Yiao-ming

Question: Did the Chinese Government call Ambassador Randt in to protest the visit of the Taiwan Defense Minister to the United States?

Answer: The Chinese did convey their views on Thursday, March 7 to our Ambassador in Beijing, Clark Randt.
