Expo 2000 Hannover Site

The expo site will house the pavilions of 176 countries and measures 590 acres. The United States Pavilion (shown in yellow) takes the form of an American town, using streets, boardwalks and storefronts to make up its essential structure. The structure captures the essence of Americana in a carefully narrated environment, designed to allow events and exhibitions to function independently from one another. The pavilion will be built on a 2.9 acre plot at the southern tip of the site.
