FORT RESTAURANT NAMED AS SATURDAY DINNER SITE
Denver -- The Summit today announced that the Fort Restaurant, located in Morrison, Colorado, has been selected as the Leader's dinner site for Saturday evening, June 21, 1997. The colorful restaurant is designed after Bent's Fort, a major trading post during the mid 19th century that was located in southeastern Colorado along the Santa Fe Trail. Servers at the Fort dress in period clothing and its menu is well known for game such as buffalo, elk and beef. The menu for the Leaders' dinner has not yet been decided. The Fort has hosted many of the delegations that have toured the city during preparations for the Summit.
This press release was issued by the City of Denver Summit Host Committee on May 24.
