"Shall Lee County Ordinance 99-21 be approved levying a countywide one cent per dollar sale
surtax from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2005 with no extension without further voter
approval; proceeds being used by Lee County and Cities to construct and improve roads,
youth recreation, juvenile justice, library, public safety, hurricane evacuation and preparedness
facilities, with citizen advisory oversight committee for expenditures, as authorized by Section
212.055(2), Florida Statutes?
